OISC 2007 COACH SELECTION POLICY & FORM

All coaches wishing to coach with the Ottawa Internationals Soccer Club (OISC) are required to submit this application for club approval annually. In addition, they are required to submit a photocopy of a police records check every 2 years (records checks done in 2005 or earlier are no longer current). And the club is required to have a photocopy of their coaching qualifications on hand. Coaching candidates may be required to conduct a practice prior to selection to a coaching position.

The deadline for Head Coach Applications is determined by the respective VP. The deadline for assistant coaches will be determined by the Team Head Coach in consultation with the Staff Coach or Club Head Coach if there is no Staff Coach. This application will be recommended by the respective Staff Coach and VP for approval by the Club Head Coach.
