Women’s So-Fit Program 2007

The OISC offers mothers, aunts, friends and older sisters of club members the opportunity to improve their fitness level and learn about soccer. The program will be held on Saturdays from 9:30-11:30 A.M. at the Uplands Base soccer fields, behind the Day’s Inn off Hunt Club Rd., beginning the 2nd Saturday in June, and lasting until the 3rd Saturday in August. The program offers fitness training, soccer skills, and friendly scrimmages. Beginners are most welcome. Training will be conducted by qualified instructors under the guidance of Roy Hillier MPE, MBE, our club Head Coach.

The cost is $125 - This includes jerseys, shorts, and socks.
