Playing Up Permit

Team managers of ERSL teams must request all call ups on the ERSL website. There are no hard copy forms to complete in this league. Call ups already registered on another ERSL team are in the ERSL database but any call ups from House League must be entered into the ERSL database by the Club Administrator (admin@ottawasoccer.com) prior to entering the call up request on the ERSL website.

Adult teams registered in the OCSL must use the form provided on the OCSL website at the following link: http://www.itsportnet.com/leagues/5117/documents/playuppermit.pdf

Players from within the same club called up for tournaments do not require a playing up permit. Players called up from another club and used as guest players must complete the following Temporary Registration Permit located on the EODSA website at the following link: http://www.eodsa.on.ca/forms/pdf/TRP-Fillable.pdf
