Women’s Soccer Registration

Instructions and Registration:

Ontario Soccer Association regulations state:

• all players born in 1993 or before must register themselves.
• all players born in 1994 or sooner must be registered by a parent or guardian.

To Register:

1. Review the OSA Waiver and Participation Agreement for players born in 1993 or before(Click here) or the same for U18 players (born in 1994 or sooner) (Click here).
2. Review the Registration Instructions and Refund Policy (Click here)
3. Print up, fill and send the REGISTRATION FORM ONLY along with a cheque made out to OISC for the full amount to OISC, 1237 Newmarket St., Ottawa, ON K1B 5N6
