• All players interested in trying out are to register with OISC and pay registration fee (No exceptions)

Tryout messages and Information to Parents/Players

• Registered players will be informed of tryout times and locations via tryout convener, though e-mail or telephone calls.
• All tryout information relevant to the age group will also be available online.

Assessments / Tryouts

• OISC Qualified coaching staff will conduct tryouts with assistance of outside consultants in order to ensure comprehensive tryout process.
• Consultant may be a coaching staff of a different team, or an individual deem suitable by the club or coaching staff.

Communication of Tryout Results

• Parents and players will be made aware of the tryout results in a timely manner.
• Communication of the tryout results and options available to parents and players will be made by an individual designated by the OISC.

OTHER:

• Questions directly related to the tryout process can be made to the VP of the respective program.
